MyDoc@HDB allows you to submit electronic/scanned copies of your document(s) to HDB.

Step 1 of 3: Applicant/Owner Information

To submit the document(s) for your application(s), please do the following:
(i) Click on the drop down list to indicate the type of document which you wish to submit.
(ii) Click on the "Browse" button to select the corresponding file. The file size has to be less than 3 MB and either in PDF, JPG, PNG or TIFF format. Click on the "Add File to List" button after you have confirmed your selection.
(iii) Repeat Steps (i) and (ii) if you are submitting more than one document. Each transaction can accept up to 10 files. Each file can be up to 3 MB and the maximum size for all the files in a transaction, is 10 MB.
(iv) If you need to attach more files after you have reached the maximum of 10 files or the total transaction size of 10 MB, you have the option to submit the remaining document(s) via another transaction after submitting this set of document(s).
(v) The time taken to add each attachment depends on the file size and the speed of your Internet connection. If you have more than one document to submit, we recommend that you scan and save your files in the Portable Document Format (PDF) so that you will be able to scan a document with multiple pages into a single file.
